We are engaged in providing a wide range of Steam Sterilizer Vertical Cylindrical (Model SSM 116) to our clients. Designed for sterilization under saturated steam pressure, the unit operates at any selected point between 15 to 22 psi (adjustable), with a working temperature of 121°C. It features a double wall construction with an inner chamber (boiler) made of high-quality stainless steel SS 304/SS 316, while the outer wall is covered with stainless steel sheet for durability and hygiene.

The thick stainless steel lid is tightened by a radial locking system and can be lifted through a pedal lifting device for user convenience. It is fitted with a jointless neoprene rubber gasket and hydraulically tested up to 40 psi as a safety measure. The sterilizer comes with standard accessories including water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, safety valve, vacuum breaker, and heating element.

Heating is done through specially designed heaters for efficient sterilization cycles. The unit is supplied with an S.S. basket, cord, and plug, and operates on 220/230 volts AC supply. The space between the boiler and outer shell acts as insulation, with optional mineral glass wool insulation available if required.
