We are engaged in providing a wide range of ETO Sterilizers to our clients. Manufactured as per GMP norms, this unit ensures reliable and efficient low-temperature sterilization for heat-sensitive medical instruments. It offers sterility assurance through automatic temperature control (±3°C) and accurate management of temperature, moisture, vacuum valves, and other critical parameters. The PLC-based automation system includes 6 pre-programmed cycles along with additional user-defined cycles for flexibility. It operates on universally available 100% ETO cartridges and features automatic aeration at the end of the process for safe exhaust.

The system provides live display of phase status, current values, set values, temperature, pressure, and humidity. It also supports printing of current and previous reports through internal or external printers. For safety, the ETO cartridge is punctured only under controlled negative pressure and humidity conditions. The chamber is fabricated using heavy-duty SS 304/SS 316 with glass wool insulation. Password protection is included to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
