Designed with a cylindrical triple-walled structure, this horizontal autoclave is mounted on a sturdy, heavy-duty M.S. tubular stand with a durable painted finish. The inner chamber, door lid, jacket, boiler, and outer cover are manufactured using high-quality SS 304, ensuring strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

Steam is generated in a separate boiler placed below the main unit for efficient performance. The lid is equipped with a pressure locking system that prevents opening while steam is present inside the chamber, ensuring maximum safety. It features a single hinged door with a manual radial locking system made of nickel-coated mild steel.

The unit is fitted with industrial-grade energy-efficient heaters, reducing power consumption. The gap between the jacket and outer wall is insulated with high-grade fiber/mineral glass wool for heat retention. It includes a pressure gauge for the jacket, compound gauge for the chamber, spring-loaded safety valve, and steam release valve.

For added safety, an automatic vacuum breaker prevents vacuum formation due to steam condensation. An automatic pressure control switch cuts off power when pressure reaches 18–20 psi, and a low water level cut-off device ensures protection of heating elements, making the system highly reliable and safe for continuous medical use.
